we had such a great time at awol. the double queen patio room was stylish and comfy. It was clean! breakfast had a variety of tasty and healthy options. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main beach.

King Patio room had a lovely decor, but lacked wardrobe space.

Our stay was fantastic! The kids absolutely loved making their own s'mores by the outdoor fire. Also, the stunning marshland views from our room created the perfect backdrop for our family bonding moments. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

My children wanted more play equipment in the outdoor area.

We had a king room with a balcony and absolutely loved it! Waking up each morning on that balcony, overlooking the scenery, with breakfast in hand felt like pure luxury.

And the staff? Simply the best, attentive and charming! Just loved the attention to every detail at AWOL.

But, let's keep it real—room was cozy, maybe too cozy? The tiny bathroom felt like a sardine can, and pulling up those shades for a hint of privacy was a bit of a mission. The elevated bed could trip you up if you weren't careful. A little more flair would go a long way in the room.
